The LED Flood Light with Lens is an artificial form of light with a broad beam, which are most commonly found in places where plenty of artificial light and where an enormous amount of non-natural light is needed. Some of these spaces include a large parking lot, places that host events such as concerts or theater halls, and outdoor playing fields. LED flood lights are highly energy efficient and are used for many purposes and also allow a range of lighting techniques.

Basic Design of LED Flood Light with Lens

1)Super high brightness Philips SMD3030 light source, with two Epistar chips. Gold wire connection and copper bracket, can achieve the best stability and reliability.

2)Die-casting aluminum radiator, with good heat dissipation performance and low temperature rise.

3)PCB board connected direct to the aluminum radiator, help to improve the heat sink performance.

4)PC lens, condense the light to 60 degree or 90 degree, and make the light softer and more uniform.

5)Silver aluminum reflector, concentrate the light and reduce light loss.

6)Stalinite lamp cover, high light transmittance.

7)MEAN WELL power supply with constant current and constant voltage control is suitable for wide voltage 85-277V, which overcomes the shortcomings of power grid and noise pollution caused by ballasts.

8)Silica gel waterproof rubber ring, with excellent sealing performance
