Q2: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The material, index and style all can be customized, the basic quantity we will advise after we discuss.
Q3: Can we use our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.
Q4: What is the warranty of your products?
A: All our products can offer 3-year and 5-year warranty solution choices. Mainly different with material of different quality level. You can decide to choose how long the period is base on your actual needs and budget plan.
Q5: How much high light efficiency your product can be?
A: We specialize in LED tube lighting, generally, tube light and tri proof light efficiency is selectable between 110 lm/w to 160 lm/w, by different SDM quantity or LED luminous design, and the high efficiency mode can be 180lm/w. Of course different solution with different cost. Panel light highest efficiency can be 170LM/W
Q6: What certificates does your product have?
A: We have CB, SAA, CE-EM, CE-LVD, FCC, RoHs, and C-tick for T8 series LED tube light. Can do the certification under your request for large order.
Q7: How many packaging do you have?
A: The conventional packaging method of Light Victor LED tube is carton + pearl wool. Under the premise of conform to relevant regulations and criterion, product packaging can be more perfectly according to your requirements, such as color boxes, white boxes, paper tubes and other solutions.
Q8: Can you do our own packaging?
A: Yes, you just provide the package design and we will produce what you want. We also have the professional designer can help you do the packaging design.
Q9: When can I get the price?
A: Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q10: Do you provide sample? Is it free?
A: If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
Q11: How to proceed an order?
A: Customer inquiry=> Quotation within 24 hours=> Quotation acceptance=> Sampling (if needed) => Sample acceptance and deposit=> Mass production
Q12: Can I have a sample order for your product?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q13: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production generally will need 10-15 days, and our on-time delivery rate is over 98%.
Q14: What’s your MOQ?
A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation.
Q15: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q16: How to deal with the faulty?
A: We can say that our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products (except for man-made damage), we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q17: What is your payment term?
A: 100% prepayment for order under 1000USD; 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment for orders over 1000USD.
